Sawt Al-Insan Organization for Sustainable Development Participates in a Workshop on “Integrating Human Rights Principles into Institutional Work”
Under the auspices of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers – Office of the Secretary (Human Rights Department), and with the participation of Sawt Al-Insan Organization for Sustainable Development, the Nesmat Ataa Organization, in cooperation with the Arabkha Organization for Sustainable Development, held a specialized workshop titled “Integrating Human Rights Principles into Institutional Work.” The workshop took place in Sulaymaniyah Governorate from June 11 to 12, 2026.
Over the course of two days, the workshop aimed to highlight mechanisms for applying international and national human rights standards within the institutional environment. It also focused on developing professional skills to ensure the promotion of justice, transparency, and anti-discrimination values, alongside creating a healthy work environment that upholds individual dignity and contributes to achieving sustainable development.
The workshop witnessed distinguished attendance and broad engagement from the participants, who emphasized the importance of joint coordination between government entities and civil society organizations to consolidate these principles and transform them into daily practices across all institutions.
